      Year the software they failed to correctly set up was written.  Seriously, how much innovation do you need for 72×24-pixel monochrome monitors?

      It is likely the version for the PXE software they were running at boot (probably 1997).

    Looks like the prompt from a reboot of the embedded OS and the software never ran. Leaves me to think that the boards firmware battery ran out and the bios settings were wiped so it is still on the boot screen.
