I use to work at the call centre that this call was recorded at. It is nearly 7+ years old now, but fairly new when I started there, and it is used for training purposes on how to correctly use your mute button, oh wait sorry on how to handle extremely irate and abusive customers If I recall the resolution was due to this and numerous other calls to tech support the computer manufacturer voided his warranty and if he purchased another product from that company he would not be offered any tech support.
