This is a bit old, but still relevant – this is on the heels of our (near) customer fraud story from the other day…(thanks to an anonymous submitter for the idea – we will try to follow more of these)!
I was going to assign equal parts of fail to both the customer as well as Best Buy, but you’ll see toward the end of the segment that this was not an isolated circumstance.
They say in the vid that this was a “demo model,” but really it was a floor dummy iPad…big difference.
Because opening up all boxed items right there in the store is incredibly realistic. Are they going to let you plug them in to test them too?
Yes, this is a very crappy situation and Best Buy needs to fix it. No doubt about that at all.
