As I work days, I the first thing I did the next morning was go back and
look. I was surprised to see the computer was on and running. I did a
little poking around, but couldn’t find anything wrong. So I figured it
fixed itself on reboot or something.
The next night, I get another email. “The computer [in the back] is still not working.”
I again go back, look at the computer, do some more digging, and can’t
find anything wrong. So I emailed back, “It seems to be working to me.
What exactly is the problem?”
The next day, when I check my email, I find the response. “When I try to print, nothing happens.”
I’ll admit, when I looked over the computer for problems the two previous days, I didn’t try to print anything.

Your email not working, your computer not working, and the Exchange server not working are three different things.
I was thinking the same thing. Why does the id10t have a server for a desktop?
