    I’m the copier tech and that is not covered under your service contract.See if your pissy person quitting or the bosses kid was left unattended insurance will get that mess taken care of.And by the way,if the copies are light but the machine is not asking for toner,don’t cram one in there thinking you are smarter than the machine.You will lose that one.
