Wayback Wednesday: OS/2 Warp, circa 1996

I think I’m starting to (unwittingly) put together a computer museum in my office at home…

Went to go visit my dad (who worked as a system analyst for 35+ years), and he gave me this.  I remember installing this and not knowing what to do with it (to be fair, the unopened disks were for the bonus pack).  From what I understand, this was an awesome OS.

At the law office I just started working for I’ve discovered seemingly untouched, pristine copies of DOS based WordPerfect reference and work books. I’m slightly afraid to see what else is in the ‘computer manual’ box as that was the top layer.

OS/2 Warp rocked. So much better than the Microsoft offerings of the time.
