surely when a call comes in that says ” i cant see my desktop contents ” you would think that desktop icons have been hidden ? in this case clearly not.
We are a medical group and we send out patient survey requests via email…this was an actual response we got from one of the patients: The icing on the cake here: the email was sent at 1:34am -WHO IS CHECKING WEBTV AT 1:34AM.
