This is not funny. It is making fun of people who barely know how to start a program in Windows. They have to suffer from Internet Explorer every day and this cartoon makes them feel even more depressed.

Chrome, Firefox, Maxthon, Seamonkey, Safari, Opera, along with many other well known web browsers besides IE. So no if you cannot figure out IE is bad at being a web browser then please find one of the mentioned browsers use them and find out life on the internet can be better,
