Oh wow, that is disturbing. I regularly take sharp objects and scrape out skin cells from cracks in electronics but this looks more like somebody was eating no bake cookies and using the mouse at the same time..
I once sat down at a colleague’s desk to use their computer, to find their whold keyboard and mouse looked like this. I got out of there and washed my hands straight awayy, but felt sick and violated. It just isn’t right!
Relax people This is just WAX- the concentrate form of Medical Marijuana. It just spilled over onto the mouse and its really sticky. Then dirt accrued from fingers sticks to the sticky Wax. but its not all that nasty! sheesh. Imagine like just some honey spilled~
That appears to be dried peanut butter. I have seen this many a time whenever my godchildren go onto the computer after lunch time. Seriously, not gross at all if you spend any time with kids or animals.

Not much grosses me out, especially a dirty mouse, but that was much more disgusting than I expected.
