There should be a service that determines you level of intelligence when purchasing a computer. That score will determine if you’re allowed to buy a computer. 
I know all you trolls will say “you can get a motherboard for server” but look at the CONTEXT. He’s asking for a kit to do it. This implies that he doesn’t want to purchase a motherboard but squeeze it into his current machine.
