One of our users phoned up with problems reading their e-mails, so I connected to their PC expecting the usual of wrong password, popup blocker or even logging on to the wrong site. Turns out this user had a genuine issue, one that persisted after a reboot too.

I had a dell laptop that was causing the same problem and it turnout to be moisture between the connections in the graphics card…I looked online and the only way to fix it would be to bake it in a oven for 9 minutes…so I did that and it worked after that
same problème on a dell laptop…
