Had a user come up to me and ask why the copier was printing off a huge amount of copies…seemingly of a trivial source document.

The reason? Another employee was at the copier a few minutes before and attempted to fax something out, but instead of hitting the fax button, they hit ‘copy’ – and then walked off. So…we had a copy job that was printing out over 9,815 (Yeah, we’re in the Rockford, IL area…) pages…fortunately, we stopped it before it got too far out of hand.  You know, after about 200 pages…
