Can you see it now?

We lost remote access to one of our clients and contacted the client via phone. We asked the main contact to plug in a monitor into the server since we lost remote access to see if there were any errors on the screen before making a trip on site.

Customer proceeds to plug in a monitor then asks “ok, monitor is plugged in, can you see it now?”
