So, this is going to be a pretty short one but I honestly, still, can’t believe it happened.
A woman called me today, in a very serious tone asking, “How do you flip the slash’/’ symbol the other way?”
I went quiet for well over a minute, pondering if she was trolling me or really serious. So, I asked, “Is that what you need help with, ma’am?”
She sounded confused like that was the strangest thing she could have asked me and replied, “Yes, I really don’t know how to.”
So, I explained that there was another button on her keyboard that is of the slash in the opposite direction and she laughed mildly, said thanks, and hung up.
…
I just…what?
