I was dealing with a client, who was clearly an older gentleman and was willing to accept that he wasn’t IT literate. So I sent him step by step instructions of how to send a screenshot. He couldn’t find the print screen key. I then sent him the same instructions just this time with a photograph of a print key…he still couldn’t find it. Luckily he was looking after his young son (around 9 he said). I asked to speak to his son who then sent me the screenshot first time.
