Had co-workers like this. They use Deleted folder as a “catch-all” instead of making individualized folders. Lazy and dangerous. Reply
i have 84,099 items in my deleted folder, doesn’t seem to slow me down 🙂 i think it is set to auto-archive yearly (so that is just 1 year) Reply

I have 5018850 items in my work inbox ….I don´t see why it should be a problem. (Of course I use gmail and not some shitty Microsoft product) Reply
