Sorry sir, but your hard drive is clearly in two parts..(some excuse from the client inserted here)…Uh no sir the hard drive is a one-piece electronic…(another excuse)…Sir we don’t sell them like this…(even MOAR excuses)…well I can put them back together if you want me too, but there will be no data on it and you wont be able to write or read data off of it because there won’t be any platters. Plus, the cost of buying a welding machine will be far more then getting a new hard drive.
Yessir, no problem. I just need that you pay me 1155 zillions of $ into an anonymous bank account in Switzerland in advance, and then give me two months to work with it…
You will need to hire a high end data recovery specialist team. They will need to recover each sector by hand. It is a very expensive job and requires very expensive equipment.
Used to work for one of those “high-end” data recovery firms. It’s toast. Sad part is a lot of companies would STILL pay a gajllion bucks for us to take a shot at it….

Does’t look like there are any platters inside though…
Well that kind of stress on the platters they would just shatter so of course you would not see them.

Lol amateurs! It just need alittle soldering and its good to go 😀
Sure I can do that. Which century would you like it by?
Yes, but you would need to recover by hand. However, it would cost lots of money, and take a long ass time. And an electron microscope wouldn’t hurt.
nothing macguyver couldn’t fix, just tape those two plates together, add some wax job, and you’re good to go…. i think.just sayin.
