First thing in the morning call

End User (who happens to be the President of the company’s assistant): My speakers won’t work

Me: Are they plugged in?

EU: Yes

Me: Are they turned on?

EU: Yes, listen I need to get this music playing just come over here and fix it!

Me: I’m on my way….

After a quick inspection I see that things are certainly plugged in, however NOT to the right place…
