A survey of IT professionals asked what it’s really like on the other side of the Help Desk. Unsurprisingly, staff and clients are still heavily relying on our human knowledge bank (have they not heard of the internet?!), with 79% of IT specialists reporting they receive help calls which could have been Googled every single week and a further 74% saying they help with personal devices at least once a month.
