It was 0 score and 12 years ago, Went in to work (was asked to do a few bits on a Saturday as no one was there) after a heavy night of clubbing and drinking and noticed a drive was out on the Exchange box – so I calmly took the bad disk out and put the new one in – with my fantastic double vision I had still got going on – instead of formatting the physical drive I formatted the logical drive in the array – 1000+ users gone and hadn’t realised as still technically drunk – P45 waiting for me Monday morning – I can laugh about it now 🙂

P45 is notice that you’ve been terminated.

Technically a P45 is a record of how much income tax you have paid, and how much you have earned.
As your employer is legally required to keep this paperwork, if somebody returns them to you, it means they are no longer your employer.
