The user took an image of the error with their phone and then either the user or the tech printed it out. Rather creative documentation. If i am too busy to make it over to a friends place for a simple “Click yes” i tell them to send me a picture of the problem with their phone.
Hey! The user actually documented the error in a readable way. It shows a little creativity, and the user found a solution.
