This is the result of a company being cheap. Using multiple vendors to work on their “system” has left them with a rats nest. Needless to say they were having connection issues that day. Gave them a quote to cleanup and examine the issue. Never heard back.
I know it could look a lot worse but this is the kind of crap I hate to deal with. They expected a cheap and fast fix. Turns out someone plugged in a residential wireless router so they could surf the net on the sales floor. I found an extension cord coming out of a ceiling tile leading up to the router. I told them to unplug it and like magic the network came back to life. Two DHCP servers on one network, tisk tisk.
