Not too may know about the lock feature. I’d give the user a pass on this one. I wouldn’t give them a pass on NOT knowing to to restart a system.
I would normally agree but if the user is in fact working in a medical facility, it is common (sometimes required) practice to always lock your computer because of patient privacy concerns. Soooo Still user fail 🙂
If you’re working for a company that has confidential information, you know how to lock your computer, so this person’s a derpy derp.
